Massage Therapy

Our clinic now offers therapeutic massage services as part of our comprehensive approach to pain relief and recovery. Matt Kraft, LMT has joined our clinic, offering a premiere massage experience. Massage Therapy can be a powerful complement to your care plan with our medical providers.

Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to improve mobility and reduce tension, massage therapy works alongside treatments like chiropractic care, physical therapy, or medical evaluation to enhance results and support whole-body healing.

Ask our team how to incorporate massage into your personalized treatment plan, or schedule below.

recovery, rehab and relaxation

Recover massage is designed to help patients recover from recent interventional injections within 24 hrs where guarding and pain signals in proximal areas can be reduced while guiding the supporting structures and tissues to find the individual's optimal function and flow.

Rehab massage is designed in conjunction with nerve hydrodissection within 48-72hrs after injectinos to improve efficacy by using muscle energy techniques to retrain neuromuscular pathways. Helping clients increase their range of motion and reduce physical and emotional tension can free entrapped nerves. For those with chronic or acute pain I'd like to implement a 3-day consecutive service (Day1: 60 min, Day2&3: 30 min) to build on prior sessions and get longer lasting results. Interested on hearing your thoughts on me getting a personal trainer cert to prescribe strengthening exercises for full spectrum integration.

Relax with the power of intentional touch. Whether those we see have depression or have lost connection to their bodies and their surroundings, we can wake up their senses and self with a monthly 90 minute immersive massage. Also bundling a 30min cupping or massage session or a 60min circulation and lymphatic focused session with IV can be a great way for clients to get the most out of their injections and infusions! Maybe we do a discounted code for certain IV/injections and massage to be "bundled" for posting.
